Life Has Been Hectic…

So life has been pretty crazy lately. My friend got stabbed. There’s been attemped kidnappings in the city, with a 19 year old gone missing, we moved, yet again, but thinking this time we’ll stay here for a while. It feels like home to me and Shay so thats a good start. Plus its literally just down the road from her school and one street over from my Mom’s 🙂 BONUS!! lol

This city is on a fast track to the slums. Without a doubt. If the whole Donnie Snook case didnt make this place look bad enough, I guess theyre saying the city will be hardcore in debt if people sue the city over that cop, Sgt. Kenneth Estabrooks, that molested like over 260 plus kids here….. Yup, and I call this shit hole home *shudders* plus today on the news I guess people left their babies by themselves with dirty diapers in a filthy apartment and the neighbour heard them screaming and crying…. There literally could be a horror fuckin film written about this place.

Other then the horrors that happen to be everyday life here now in this city, moving has been another terror….Ugh. Been here like 3 weeks and not everything is moved in. Shay’s room is set up quite nicely however. My nan lost parts to my chairs that go to my kitchen table…so I have my kitchen table moved in, without any chairs to sit in lol. Cable guys are dinks. Havent been here to set cable up yet so basically we watch DVDs, that Ive already seen a number amount of times, over and over again. YAY!! Plus we’ve had the keys for awhile, so I said lets move in stuff slowly, so that way there less mess and we can set up as we go. Nope. Guys think they know all. Sooooo they let the nice weathered weekend pass by and try and move in big loads on a rainy Tuesday…

Thank God for Kijiji. I just got 50 books for $25 dollars which is .50 cents a book…. I love to read and unless I really love the book, I refuse to buy them new, for myself. Shay always gets new books.  Since I’ve had this set a number of times which “magically” diappeared between moves and lending out I have like 4 books left….so I really dont mind spending 50 cents on books Ive already read a handful of times each. Saves me lots of $.

Anyways I hope life is being good to you all xo
